We’ve started a new blog Autumnal Mead (http://www.autumnalmead.com). It is a site to track the effects of different honeys in small batches of mead. We will be documenting the process and effects as we go. This is just getting started so we’ll be making a lot of changes, we’ll be trying new things. So try and bare with us as we get this started.
